Schedule Your First Appointment
To begin, you'll need to schedule a consultation with our team, so we can evaluate your orthodontic condition and talk about your needs and goals. From there, we will create a plan for your orthodontic treatment.
Fill Out the New Patient Form
Once you've booked your consultation, you'll need to complete our Dental & Medical Health History Form. To save time, we encourage you to fill out the form online ahead of your first appointment.
The Consultation Process
The initial consultation typically takes around an hour to complete and will be guided by one of our treatment coordinators. We look forward to meeting you!
Arrive & Get Settled
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to settle in and complete any required paperwork. Upon arrival, our scheduling coordinator will greet you at the front desk.
While you wait, feel free to unwind in our cozy reception area and enjoy some refreshments. We also have a children's area to keep everyone entertained!
We'll then show you to our treatment room, where you can wait for your consultation to begin.
Assessment & Diagnostic Imaging
We'll start the consultation by discussing your concerns and treatment goals. We'll also take some photos of your smile before treatment.
Next, we will perform a thorough examination. This will include imaging to provide a comprehensive view of your dental health. We will create a 3D digital image of your teeth using our iTero™ scanner, which we can use later to create any orthodontic appliance you may need.
We can use the iTero scanner to perform a digital outcome simulation for you, so you can see how your results may look at the end of treatment!
We'll also perform X-rays, which will give our orthodontist all of the behind-the-scenes information she needs to create an effective treatment plan for you.
Customized Treatment Plan
At this point in the process, you will discuss your health history (if needed) with our orthodontist and review the imaging, outlining indications for orthodontic treatment.
Based on the exam and the results of the imaging, our orthodontist will assess your situation and create a tailored treatment plan to address it while achieving your goals.
This plan will include treatment recommendations, a projected timeline for treatment completion, and an appointment schedule.
We'll also discuss the cost of your treatment. This will include your payment plan options and information related to insurance.

Once your appointment is over, we'll discuss the immediate next steps to get your treatment plan rolling and schedule your next appointment.
